Notes

Essentially a 3 Floyds Alpha King Clone with more hops.

No real dark grains to help, so need acid addition.
Since IPA, need to really add sulfate or won't be very bitter or IPA-like.

8g gypsum for 14.8 gal; (HLT/sparge)
3.35 g gypsum for 6.2 gal (strike/mash)
Add 4.5 ml Lactic to Mash
