Notes

Forgot the phosphoric acid to correct the PH until 1hr into the mash. I mashed for another 40mins after adding the acid.

Still got 80% eff. Top element had some scorching on it.

The Saf took at least 48 hrs to start up even using two packs..odd
fermentinging at 20
The Loki was fermented at 30

Saf was a really nice drop. Sweeter then what the gravity would say. Would make again
