Notes
Zymurgy recommends a German lager yeast but I am going to brew with Safale T-58 a Saison style yeast to add the cloves and spicy flavors that should compliment the apples nicely.
Produce wort from malts. Boil 40 minutes then add smoked apples. Boil 10 minutes. Cool and ferment
