Recipe reviews :
April 26 2017 - Recipe has been edited since my last review of the beer. I added more Saaz towards the end of the boil and later to try and get a hint a citrus/tropical fruit flavour/aroma in there. Ferment lower for first 3 days of active fermentation then ramp up - 16c to 22c for banana and clove development

Brewday - 24 May 2017
15 litres in keg - strike water
