Notes

Hops are Stone Enjoy By.

Malts are something close to Stone Enjoy By according from hints to homebrewers from Stone.

Yeast is Conan (used by Alchemist in Heady Topper). The yeast bay version. Some scuttle-butt is that it doesn't attenuate all that well (but it gets better with generations!). So mash low and use sugar to bring FG down.

Hop Stand:
drop cascade, citra and mouteka at flame-out.

Chill to 180F.

After 5 min drop nelson and galaxy for 15 min stand.

Chill to ~70F, pitch yeast.
