In the year and a half that I have been hooked on this hobby I found it necessary to build several items to make the experience more enjoyable. I would like to see other's projects and maybe get ideas I can use.

38 DD fermentation chamber. Is that 38 DD as in bra size?? :lol:
 
I assume that's what he was implying. Before I converted the freezer I used this box to keep the temperatures down in the 60's during the summer. Works really well. I set it up with a heating/cooling thermostat so I can use it this winter where my shop stays at 60 and I can bump up the temperature with a can heater.

Larry, it is just a cheap wooden box from Hobby Lobby with a spray coating of clear coat.

Hey, All Grain Only,
A year has gone by (ok, a half year). Where are the pics? You letting me down?

Just thought I'd bump this thread as time has gone by and many new have joined the site. If you got some equipment you have made,then post it. This is a great way to get new ideas of stuff you may have not thought of.
 
I'm still experimenting with set ups and changing too much, will post this summer

Brewhouse Pictures

Since there's so much DIY in home brewing I thought it would be cool to have a place we could share our pics for brewhouse equipment, etc...

I'll start (most modestly - with the old kitchen stove top set up).
